Refund and Returns Policy

1. Introduction

At Rosehob, our goal is to ensure that every shopping experience with us is positive. However, we understand that there may be occasions when you wish to return purchased items. This Returns and Refunds Policy outlines the conditions for accepting returns and issuing refunds for items bought on Rosehob. It also specifies instances where returns or refunds will not be accepted.

2. Return Period and Conditions for Acceptance of Returns

Rosehob generally allow returns for most items within 7 days post delivery, as per the guidelines in this policy. Returns will not be accepted under any circumstances after this period has elapsed. Items may be returned within the stipulated period for the reasons detailed below:

We will only accept returns for items that are unworn, unused, and in the same condition as received, with original packaging and seals intact (where applicable), unless the item became defective or damaged after reasonable use during the returns period.

3. Items That Cannot Be Returned

Certain product categories are excluded from returns due to health and hygiene reasons. Return and refund for these items are only applicable if you received the wrong item, a damaged or defective item, or a fake or inauthentic item. Customized items and those damaged after delivery are also not eligible for return unless specified conditions are met.

4. Packaging Returns

When returning an item, ensure it is in the exact condition received from Rosehob, with original packaging, tags, and labels attached. You are responsible for the item until it reaches us, so proper packaging is essential. Exclude any items not originally part of the shipment and delete all personal data from the item to avoid any data breach.

5. Refunds

Upon accepting your return, or if you fail to receive an item you ordered, we endeavor to refund the purchase price within the specified timeline. For incorrect, defective, or damaged items, you will also be refunded the full cost of delivery once the return is processed. If the return is not due to Rosehob or seller error, delivery fees will not be refunded.

The refund request form will indicate the available payment methods for refunds.

6. Rejected Return and Refund Requests and Forfeiture

All returned items are inspected, and if your return request is not approved, no refund will be issued. We will attempt redelivery twice within 3 business days. If unsuccessful, we will notify you, holding the item for an additional 30 days. Failure to collect within this period results in forfeiture of the item to Rosehob.

7. No Exchange

We do not facilitate exchanges. If you desire a different size or color, kindly return the unwanted item and place a new order.
