Once your order is shipped, a tracking link is provided in Your Account → Orders and by email/SMS when available.
Click the tracking link to see the latest status and location updates.
Tracking becomes active as soon as the logistics partner scans your package.
Notes
Some local deliveries may not update in real time.
If tracking shows no movement for a long time, don’t worry — contact us and we will check it for you.
