Tracking your item

You can follow your order every step of the way.

How It Works

  • Once your order is shipped, a tracking link is provided in Your Account → Orders and by email/SMS when available.

  • Click the tracking link to see the latest status and location updates.

  • Tracking becomes active as soon as the logistics partner scans your package.

  • Notes

    • Some local deliveries may not update in real time.

    • If tracking shows no movement for a long time, don’t worry — contact us and we will check it for you.
