How to Track Your Order

If you have an account:

1. Log in to your account.

2. Go to My Orders.

3. Select the order you wish to track.

4. View the current status and delivery updates.

If you checked out as a guest:

1. Visit the Track My Order page.

2. Enter your Order Number and the Phone Number or Email used during checkout.

3. Click Track Now to see real-time order updates.

Order Status Definitions

• Order Received – We’ve received your order and it’s being reviewed.

• Processing – Your order is being prepared for shipment or pickup.

• Shipped – Your package has left our facility and is in transit.

• Out for Delivery – The item is on its way to your delivery address.

• Delivered – Your order has been successfully delivered.

• Ready for Pickup – Your order is available for pickup at your selected Rosehob location.

Estimated Delivery Timelines

We’ll send you SMS and email notifications as your order progresses.

• Ensure the contact information provided at checkout is accurate.

Delivery Partner Tracking

For some deliveries, you’ll receive a direct tracking link from our courier partners. This allows you to follow your package in real time once it leaves our facility.
