Refunds and Disputes

We want you to be happy with every purchase on Rosehob. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Refunds

You may request a refund if:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or not as described,

  • The wrong item was delivered, or

  • The item fails within the seller’s warranty period.

Refunds must be requested within [insert number of days, e.g., 7–14 days] of delivery.
Once approved, refunds are processed back to your original payment method or as store credit.

Returns

If a return is approved, you may be asked to:

  • Upload photos or video of the issue,

  • Return the item in original condition (where applicable).

Disputes

If you disagree with a charge, delivery, or product condition, open a dispute by contacting us at [contact info].
We will investigate and update you within a reasonable time.

Notes

  • Items marked “final sale” cannot be refunded unless defective.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error is on our side.

  • Refunds may take 3–7 business days after approval.

Our goal is always to resolve every issue fairly and quickly.
