Refunds and Disputes

Refunds for Buyers:

• Refunds are processed within 3–7 business days after the returned product is received and verified.
• Refunds are issued to your original payment method unless otherwise requested.
• Items must meet the return conditions outlined in our Returns Policy.

Disputes & Chargebacks:

• If you notice an unrecognized or incorrect charge, contact our support team immediately.
• We’ll investigate disputes and update you within 5–10 business days.
• Fraudulent claims may lead to account suspension.
