I’ve received a faulty/damaged item

What to Do

  1. Go to Your Account → Orders → Request Return or Refund.

  2. Select “Item is faulty or damaged.”

  3. Upload clear photos or a short video showing the issue.

  4. Submit your request — we’ll review it and get back to you.

Important Notes

  • Requests should be made within [insert days, e.g., 7 days] of delivery.

  • Keep the item and packaging until your request is resolved.

  • Once approved, you may receive a replacement or refund.
