When You Can Return
You may return an order if:
The item is damaged or defective,
The wrong item was delivered, or
The item is not as described.
How to Return
Go to Your Account → Orders → Request Return.
Tell us the reason for the return.
Upload photos or videos if requested.
Once approved, follow the return instructions provided.
Notes
Returns must be requested within 1 –14 hours of delivery.
Items must be returned in original condition unless damaged.
Some items may be non-returnable unless defective.
