I would like to return my order

We’re here to help if you need to return an item.

When You Can Return

You may return an order if:

  • The item is damaged or defective,

  • The wrong item was delivered, or

  • The item is not as described.

  • How to Return

    1. Go to Your Account → Orders → Request Return.

    2. Tell us the reason for the return.

    3. Upload photos or videos if requested.

    4. Once approved, follow the return instructions provided.

Notes

  • Returns must be requested within 1 –14 hours of delivery.

  • Items must be returned in original condition unless damaged.

  • Some items may be non-returnable unless defective.
