Can I Cancel My Order?
Yes – as long as your order hasn’t been shipped or picked up, you can cancel it.
Once the item is shipped or ready for pickup, cancellation is no longer available online, but you may request a return after receiving it. (See our Returns & Refunds policy.)
How to Cancel an Order
If You Have an Account:
Log in to your account.
Go to My Orders.
Click on the order you want to cancel.
Select Cancel Order and confirm.
If You Checked Out as a Guest:
Go to the Track My Order page.
Enter your order number and email/phone number.
If eligible, the Cancel Order option will appear.
Follow the prompts to cancel.
When Can I Cancel?
Before Processing: You can cancel anytime before we begin preparing your order.
During Processing: Contact our support team immediately to check if cancellation is still possible.
After Shipping: Cancellation isn’t possible, but you can request a return after delivery.
What Happens After Cancellation?
Refunds: If you paid online, your refund will be processed within 3–7 working days via your original payment method.
Cash on Delivery: No charges apply if the order is cancelled before dispatch.

Special orders, customized products, and installed electronics may not be eligible for cancellation once processing has started.
