Cancel an order

You can cancel an order if it hasn’t been shipped yet.

How to Cancel

  1. Log in to My Account → Orders.

  2. Select the order you want to cancel.

  3. Click Cancel Order and confirm your request.

Important Notes

  • Orders can only be cancelled before shipment.

  • Refunds (if already paid) will be processed to your original payment method.

  • If the order has already been shipped, you will need to follow the Return Process instead.
