You can cancel an order if it hasn’t been shipped yet.
How to Cancel
Log in to My Account → Orders.
Select the order you want to cancel.
Click Cancel Order and confirm your request.
Important Notes
Orders can only be cancelled before shipment.
Refunds (if already paid) will be processed to your original payment method.
If the order has already been shipped, you will need to follow the Return Process instead.
